  • SHIPPING

Once your order is submitted, your payment will be electronically verified and authorized. This process is usually pretty fast, but could take up to 2-3 business days to be completed.
You should receive your order within approximately 3-5 business days after your payment is confirmed depending on your shipping option & location.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
Return form must be completed and included in your return package. All merchandise must have STELL tags attached and packed in its original polybag.

The only items that cannot be completely refunded are used apparel,accessories and swimwear. Or items without the original tags and packaging. 

However, In order to receive a full refund on an item, STELL FASHION must have the item back within 20 DAYS from the day the customer received the package in the mail.( U.S.) For International shipments you have 30 DAYS from date of purchase. 

STELL FASHION has the authority to turn down refund requests if they are past the deadline.

To return an item for a refund, all you need to do is send it back to the return address that was on the package you received. If you no longer have the package or the address isn't legible, please email clothingstell@gmail.com or the return address. The item(s) you are returning must be in the same condition that you received it in and sent back in it's original packaging along with the tag (if the item(s) came with a tag on.) (If item(s) do not meet these guidelines a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be sent back to the customer.) Please include a note in the package with the first and last name that was on the original order placed and that you are sending back the item(s) for a refund.

Once the package is received and the item(s) are inspected (and meet return guidelines) by STELL FASHION a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. This process can take 3 to 7 business days; depending on your bank.

Anything that is returned AFTER the 20 day deadline can only be exchanged for something of equal price.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For refunds to be processed, please allow approximately 5-8 business days after we receive your return.

Any return without the return form or information such as customer name or order number can not be processed.

  • STELL FASHION does not cover postage fees for packages that are being sent back to us, we only cover postage fees for packages that we send out to the customer.

SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE

FINAL SALE - Items purchased on final sale/discounted are final and do not qualify for return or exchange.

 

  • EXCHANGES

ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AFTER 20 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S.) (No refunds can be done after 20 days of receiving your order in the mail.) But exchanges are possible. Please note STELL FASHION has the authority to turn down exchange requests if items returned are not up to standard. 

To exchange an item, please ship back to the return address that was on the package you received. If you no longer have the package or the address isn't legible, please email clothingstell@gmail.com for the return address.

The item you are exchanging must be in the same condition that you received it in and sent back in it's original packaging along with the tags (if the item came with a tag on.) Please include a note in the package with the first and last name that was on the original order placed and what item and size you would like exchanged (if you are exchanging for a mismatched bikini size and did not originally select a mismatched size in your first order (for example, you originally ordered a size small set but need a small top/medium bottom instead), there is a $5 up-charge to mismatch sizes that needs to be included in the package. ( If you cannot include cash for the up-charge inside of the package, email clothingstell@gmail.com and we will find a solution.)

Once the package is received by STELL FASHION the new item will begin to process and will ship out to you again in a fashionable manner. (Advice if shipping address will be the same, otherwise update this on the form sheet included on the package you are shipping back.)

STELL FASHION does not cover postage fees for packages that are being sent back, we only cover postage fees for packages that we send out to the customer. In this case, the customer must cover postage fees when sending an item back to STELL FASHION but will not have to pay again when the new item that they are exchanging for ships out to them.
